Association of British Clinical Diabetologist's Diabetes Technology Network (ABCD-DTN): Best practice guide for hybrid closed-loop therapy
As healthcare professionals, we strive to provide the best possible care for people with type 1 diabetes. One of the most challenging aspects of managing this condition is achieving and maintaining blood glucose levels within a safe and healthy range. The development of hybrid closed-loop systems, which combine continuous glucose monitoring and insulin pump therapy with advanced algorithms to automate insulin delivery, represents a significant advance in diabetes care.
