The Niru Goenka Memorial Lecture 2023
Submissions are open for the Niru Goenka Lecture at the ABCD Conference in September 2023.
Candidates appointed to their first consultant post within the last 10 years are eligible to present.
The remit of the lecture is to showcase pioneering work in managing areas of diabetes care - Niru was particularly passionate about integrated care in the community and technology.
Your submission should include an outline of your lecture (500 words maximum) and a copy of your CV.

ABCD Appoints Professional Development Leads
We are pleased to announce that Dr Moulinath Banerjee and Dr Koteshwara Muralidhara have been appointed ABCD Professional Development Leads.
ABCD currently runs the successful National Diabetes Consultant Mentorship and Consultant Development Programmes. The Professional Development Leads will support Keith Whitfield, current Faculty Lead, in the delivery, oversight and governance of these programmes.
