JBDS-IP is embarking on an ambitious project of identifying the right number of staff to deliver an ideal, ‘state of the art’ inpatient diabetes service in the UK.
They want to try and determine what are the optimal staffing levels for everyone involved in the team and details of what the team does, or should be doing, not just delivering care.
