Attending personnel
If you have not already done so, please confirm the names, email addresses & dietary/ access requirements for your attending company personnel. We require these details by Friday 17th October 2025 at the latest.
Attending personnel are welcome to join the lectures during the conferences, space permitting. We would ask that delegates are allowed to take their seats first. Capacity in the workshops will be limited and so we do ask that no personnel join these sessions unless spaces are available.
Attendance at the meeting by your company personnel is dependant on the level of sponsorship chosen by your organisation:
- 5 for Gold Sponsors
- 3 for Silver Sponsors
- 1 for Bronze Sponsors
Additional company personnel, over those included in the package, charged at £300 per person, per day (excluding dinner). Up to a maximum of 6 personnel per company can be allowed to book per company, per day.
All attendees are very welcome to attend the drinks reception and dinner on 6th Nov up to the maximum numbers stated above per level of sponsorship. There is an additional charge of £65.00 per person for this, including drinks; please contact info@abcd.care to book dinner places.
Please note that no accommodation is included in any packages and you will need to organise this yourself.

ABCD Registration desk
The ABCD registration desk will be located in the conference foyer, outside the Gateshead Suite throughout the event. Please ask your personnel to come and register at the desk on arrival and they will receive their badge and be directed to the allocated exhibition space. We request that badges are worn throughout the meeting. The conference organising team will be based at this desk throughout the event should you have any queries.
Conference web pages
All delegate materials for these meetings will be available on the dedicated conference web pages, which can be viewed via your phone or tablet. All attending personnel will be emailed an invitation to download the pages prior to the meeting.
All sponsors will receive a complimentary entry on the dedicated conference sponsor page. Your sponsor listing will include your logo and company profile/ biography as they appear on the current corporate supporters page. If you would like any amendments made to these please let me know.
Delegate list
Post event, we will provide a list of attendees from those who have consented to share their data. This will include Name, Town and Professional Role. Attendees have been asked the following question and the data of attendees who have agreed to share will be provided to you in a list, therefore please note, we are only able to share the data of those who have consented for us to do so.
For ABPI compliance, our sponsors and exhibitors are required to confirm their interactions have been with UK Healthcare Professionals. Do you consent for your name, town and professional role only to be shared for ABPI compliance? * Yes/No
Block adverts
This will appear on the right hand side of the event home page on the ABCD website in a square format.
- The block can be a link to a web page or resource if desired.
- The height of the block is flexible but the width is fixed and will be as the example above.
- A square image is recommended.
- Any size image is fine and we can scale it down to work
- Minimum recommended size of image is 1000 x 1000 pixels
- Image can be a PNG, JPG or GIF file.
Block adverts are complimentary for Gold Sponsors, Silver sponsors can purchase block adverts space for £1,395.00 + VAT and Bronze sponsors for £1,775.00 + VAT.
Please note the actual size seen by delegates will depend on the size of their device.

Please note that the cost is per advert per event and that each gold sponsor may have a complimentary advert on one event dashboard only (eg. on the ABCD Conference dashboard for pharma companies or on the DTN event dashboard for pump and device companies).

All event space is located at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead, Bottle Bank, Gateshead, NE8 2AR
There is lift access throughout the hotel and conference space.
Exhibition Room
Exhibition stands will be set up in Gateshead Suite 3 which will be used for the tea and coffee breaks & lunch. A stand space will be allocated for you dependant on your sponsorship level.
Stand dimensions
We would request that your stand is no larger than 2 metres wide by 2 metres deep (except gold sponsors whose stand may be up to 3m wide). We cannot accommodate larger stands. Stands may be freestanding or table-top. There is no shell scheme.

- ABCD Conference only - 6th Sep, 15.40 – 18.00 (No power tools may be used during this time as the meeting will be in session next door) OR 7th Nov, 07.00 – 08.30
Unloading
Exhibitors are to park on the turning circle outside the hotel reception, unload their vehicle into the foyer area via 1 of the two fire exits and immediately move their vehicle to the car park.
Blocking of the turning circle may result in a fine if left more than 5 minutes.
Stand breakdown
Breakdown of stands is allowed as follows:
- DTN meeting only stands must be broken down between 15.35 and 17.15 on 4th Sep. No power tools may be used during this time as the meeting will be in session next door.

ABCD Conference stands can be broken down from 16.00 after the last coffee break on 5th Sep. No power tools may be used until 17.15 as the meeting will be in session next door.
No stands may be removed before these designated times. All stands must be removed by 18.00 hours on 5th Sep.

All refreshments & lunch will be served in Bristol Suite 3 & the Empire Suite.
We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified before the day but regret that it may not be possible to provide a special diet if we have not been notified in advance.
