Vijay is a consultant in Diabetes, Endocrinology & GIM in York and the Clinical Dean at York Hospital for the Hull-York Medical School.
His clinical work includes lead for Community Diabetes, Insulin Pumps and Diabetes-Renal service at York.
In 2015, he was appointed a local Clinical Champion by Diabetes UK.
Vijay has represented the ABCD as the regional Diabetes advisor to the RCP.
