ABCD is currently collaborating with the Royal College of Physicians to develop a NEW diabetes-specific programme for new consultants. The programme will feature core themes around self-development focusing on what you need to know as a new consultant in the field, leadership skills, culture and team-working, team culture including equality and inclusivity and working within the NHS structures as well as taking a look at the future. We hope to launch this exciting new and exclusive programme later in the year.
