Parking is available either in the multi-story car park beside the BCRE or the main hospital car park, the usual hospital charges apply (further information and rates).
There is also a Park and Ride service available from Costessey.
The venue is accessible via a number of bus routes which drop off outside the hospital entrance which is a very short walk to the BCRE (<5minutes)
There is a train station in Norwich, however it is on the other side of the city but buses run frequently throughout the day from the station to NNUH.
On site registration
On arrival at the venue please register at the desk in the Bob Champion Research & Education building entrance.
Abstracts
We would like to invite abstracts of not more than 250 words. We welcome abstracts from all members of the MDT, including students, and abstracts should be related to care of patients with diabetes or endocrinological illness. Authors of the top four scoring abstracts will be invited to present at the meeting.
Please submit your abstracts no later than 5pm on Thursday 14th November.
Accommodation
You will need to make your own accommodation booking should you require it. There are a number of hotels in Norwich offering a range of prices and styles.
Accreditation
Accreditation for CPD credits has been applied for. Certificates of attendance will be available after the event.
Meeting registration, deposits and cancellations
Registration for this event will open on Friday 4th October and will close on Thursday 28th November. Places are available on a first come, first served basis.
Catering
Refreshments include tea and coffee at designated breaks and a sandwich lunch. We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified to us beforehand.

Meeting Rooms
The meeting sessions will take place in the Roy Snelling Lecture Theatre and the exhibition and catering will be located in Rooms 15 and 16. All rooms are located within the Bob Champion Research & Education Building.
Safety & security
Please do not leave bags or equipment unattended and please wear your badge at all times. ABCD/EASE cannot be held responsible for personal belongings or effects.
Whilst it is not compulsory to wear a mask during the event, you may wish to do so while moving about the building in particular. There will be hand sanitiser stations available for your use on site as well as hand washing facilities. We do politely request that you do not attend if you are displaying any covid symptoms or have had a recent positive test result.
