We are really pleased to bring DTN2020 to you on the 15th of December 2020.
This is the premier UK meeting for healthcare professionals dedicated to diabetes technology and we look forward to seeing all clinicians interested or even slightly curious about the latest advances in diabetes technology.
There are two big highlights of this year’s meeting. First we will focus the morning on CGM in pregnancy. CGM is soon going to be funded for all pregnant women with type 1 diabetes and we will be able to quiz the experts on the science, the top tips and, crucially, on how to implement this in different services.
The second big reveal will be the roll-out of the “Academy” education program, a joint project with DTN, Diasend and Digibete. Over the summer we have filmed 55 educational videos that wil come together on an education platform that will provide you with certificates that you have completed the education. A great way to add to your appraisal portfolio!!
Additionally, we will have all the usual highlights including workshops and a great satellite symposium by Abbott.
The event will feature everything you have come to expect of our face to face meeting and will include dedicated networking areas where you can meet up with colleagues by video, audio and/or text chat plus there’s a fantastic virtual exhibition where you’ll be able to access additional material including video content, webcasts and documents to your very own virtual swag bag that you can download.
