Attending personnel
If you have not already done so, please confirm the names, email addresses & dietary/ access requirements for your three attending company personnel. We require these details by Wednesday 6th March 2024.
Attending personnel are welcome to join the lectures during the conference, space permitting. We would ask that delegates are allowed to take their seats first. Capacity in the workshops will be limited and so we do ask that no personnel join these sessions

ABCD Registration desk
The ABCD registration desk will be located in the conference foyer, outside Rise & Shine throughout the event. Please ask your personnel to come and register at the desk on arrival and they will receive their badge and be directed to the allocated exhibition space. We request that badges are worn throughout the meeting. The conference organising team will be based at this desk throughout the event should you have any queries.
Conference web pages
All delegate materials for these meetings will be available on the dedicated conference web pages, which can be viewed via your phone or tablet. All attending personnel will be emailed an invitation to download the pages prior to the meeting.
Please note that we are unable to provide a delegate list for this event.

All event space is located in The Studio on the 3rd Floor of The Hive, 51 Lever Street, Manchester M1 1FN
There is lift access as well as stairs.
Exhibition Room
Exhibition stands will be set up in Rise & Shine which will be used for the tea and coffee breaks & lunch.
Stand dimensions
These are small meetings and as such we cannot accommodate large exhibition stands. Pull up banner stands or freestanding pop up stands would be most appropriate. We would request that your stand is no larger than 2 metres wide by 1 metre deep. Stands may be freestanding or table-top – please let me know if you require a table for your table-top stand.

Unloading
You’re welcome to deliver/collect items to/from The Studio, Manchester on Lever Street. For a quick unload/load you may park outside number 51 for up to 15 minutes.
Due to causing an evacuation hazard, items must not be left in the reception area but brought up to The Studio as they arrive, a trolley is available to aid in the process.
The nearest car park is The Northern Quarter car park M4 1LX (Height restrictions 1.9m).
Lift access
The Studio, Manchester is located on the 3rd Floor of The Hive. There is lift access available with the following dimensions and weight restrictions;

Stand breakdown
Break down of stands may commence following the afternoon refreshment break at 15.30. No stands may be removed before this time. All stands must be removed by 18.00 hours on 15th March.
Please note that as sessions will be ongoing, no power tools may be used or undue noise until the event has finished at 17.00.
Sending stand materials
Please note to add the following to any items being delivered to The Studio.
Where possible please only deliver to The Studio 24 hours prior to the date of the event. Deliveries accepted between 0900 – 1600hrs.
All items being collected must be collected no later than 24 hours post event.

All refreshments & lunch will be served in Rise & Shine.
We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified before the day but regret that it may not be possible to provide a special diet if we have not been notified in advance.
