Hannah Sutton has been living with type 1 diabetes for 14 years. Hannah is currently a medical student at the University of Oxford, with a research interest in diabetes technology and in particular continuous glucose monitoring. Hannah is a member of the National Diabetes Audit Committee for the Adolescent and Young Adult Audit and a member of a Diabetes UK Research Steering Group. Hannah also volunteers for a number of other diabetes related organisations. Through this work Hannah has seen the value of peer support especially for young people.
