This meeting is running as a virtual event and registration for all delegates who are Health Care Professionals is FREE of charge.
This is an excellent opportunity for up to date diabetes CPD and to network with colleagues in the region. This event is aimed at the MDT as a whole including primary care teams and hospital specialist teams treating people with diabetes.
