Map, directions and car parking
Please note that car parking through the day is complimentary, based on a first come, first served basis. Overnight guests will be charged £12. You must register your car at reception when arriving at the venue.
On site registration
On arrival at the venue please register at the desk outside the Normandie Suite on the ground floor.
Accommodation
You will need to make your own accommodation booking should you require it. There are a number of hotels in Southampton offering a range of prices and styles.
Accreditation
Accreditation for CPD credits has been applied for. Certificates of attendance will be available after the event.
Meeting registration
Registration for this event will open on at 9am Friday 3rd July and will close on Wednesday 9th September 2026 at 5pm. Places are available on a first come, first served basis.
Catering
Refreshments include tea and coffee at designated breaks and a sandwich lunch. We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified to us beforehand.

Meeting Rooms
The meeting sessions will take place in the Normandie Suite along with the exhibition and catering. All rooms are located on the ground floor of the venue.
Safety & security
Please do not leave bags or equipment unattended and please wear your badge at all times. ABCD cannot be held responsible for personal belongings or effects.

The conference has been instigated and organised by ABCD. Sponsors, including pharmaceutical companies, have contributed funding towards this event in return for exhibition space. They have had no input into the agenda or the selection of speakers with the exception of any sponsored symposia which are clearly indicated.
Cancellation
We are delighted to be able to offer this meeting free of charge to all delegates.
Please note; if you register for this course and fail to attend without adequate notice, you may be unable to attend other ABCD events for the next 12 months.
