Amy Jolley, MSc, BSc, RD is the Lead Diabetes Specialist Dietitian for Young Adult and Transition Services at Salford Care Organisation. She leads diabetes technology services, delivering specialist clinics and education for both patients and healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team. With over 14 years’ experience, Amy specialises in automated insulin delivery and smart MDI systems, and is a DAFNE and ExTOD educator with advanced training in insulin pump therapy and non-medical prescribing. She is actively involved in national diabetes technology education and is currently authoring a white paper on connected insulin pens to enhance awareness, knowledge, and clinical skills in MDI management with advanced technologies.

The Association of British Clinical Diabetologists is the national organisation of Consultant Physicians in Britain who specialise in Diabetes Mellitus. Most are also Acute General Physicians, and many are also Specialists in Endocrinology and Lipid Metabolism.
