Dev is consultant Physician & Clinical Director of IT (Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust), Associate Postgraduate Medical Dean (Health Education West Midlands), National Diabetes Consultant Mentorship Programme Lead (ABCD).
Dev's interests include type 1 diabetes , insulin pump therapy, complex care diabetes, community diabetes, new models of diabetes care, information technology in diabetes care, the development of services and the development of people and he has a variety of research themes linked to these. The diabetes consultant community has a proud and vibrant history which ABCD continues to foster. His contribution is to help in the development of our future consultants through the National Diabetes Mentorship Programme and, more latterly, through a widening provision of other learning resources and opportunities under the ABCD banner.
