UK Diabetes Specialist Trainee Registrars Well Being Survey

A survey to assess the workplace well-being for trainee registrars in the Diabetes and Endocrinology specialty has recently been launched.

The survey has been conducted once before, in 2018, in this specialty. The survey results, published in Primary Care Diabetes, found that 50% of Diabetes and Endocrine specialist registrars have experienced burnout*.

This independent survey aims to help identify concerns and status of work-related well-being in Diabetes and Endocrine StRs across the UK and to determine if there has been any change since the 2018 survey.

It is a completely anonymous - please take part here.

It should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey closes on 30th September 2022.
