Attending personnel
If you have not already done so, please confirm the names, email addresses & dietary/ access requirements for your two attending company personnel. We require these details no later than Monday 7th July. We cannot guarantee any dietary requirements specified after this date can be catered for.

ABCD Registration desk
The ABCD registration desk will be located in the Trafalgar Suite Foyer ground floor on day 1 of the event. Please ask your personnel to come and register at the desk on arrival and they will receive their badge and be directed to the allocated exhibition space. We request that badges are worn throughout the meeting.
Conference web pages
All delegate materials for these meetings will be available on the dedicated conference web pages, which can be viewed via your phone or tablet. All attending personnel will be emailed an invitation to download the pages prior to the meeting.
Delegate lists
This year, we will be including a list of attendees from those who have consented to share their data. This will include Name, Town and Professional Role. Attendees have been asked the following question and the data of attendees who have agreed to share will be provided to you in a list, therefore please note, we are only able to share the data of those who have consented for us to do so.
For ABPI compliance, our sponsors and exhibitors are required to confirm their interactions have been with UK Healthcare Professionals. Do you consent for your name, town and professional role only to be shared for ABPI compliance? * Yes/No

Exhibition stands will be set up in the Trafalgar Foyer and Nelson Suite
Stand dimensions
These are small meetings and as such we cannot accommodate large exhibition stands. Pull up banner stands or freestanding pop up stands would be most appropriate. Stands may be freestanding or table-top – the tables available will be 6ft.
Stand set up
Stand set up will be available from 7.30am on Tuesday 22nd July. Please contact the ABCD registration desk in the Trafalgar Foyer for details on your stand location.
Stand breakdown
Break down of stands may commence at the end of the meeting on the 24th July to avoid disruption during the sessions.
Sending stand materials
Deliveries can be made up to 48 hours prior to the event date.
All deliveries need to come labelled as follows;

Any materials left behind, again, will need to labelled with a collection label – and to be collected no longer than 48 hours after the event.
Please note that neither the venue, Red Hot Irons Ltd nor ABCD or DTN will accept any liability for packages or equipment
Catering
All refreshments will be served in the Trafalgar Foyer with lunch being served each day in the Lawrence Restaurant.
We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified before the day but regret that it may not be possible to provide a special diet if we have not been notified in advance.
Wi-Fi
Free wireless internet is available to all delegates during the meeting.
