Attending personnel
Two delegate places are included in the attendance at this event, we will be unable to allow access to any additional company personnel during the event. Please notify us of any changes of personnel in advance.
Attending personnel are welcome to join the lectures during the conferences, space permitting. We would ask that delegates are allowed to take their seats first.

ABCD Registration desk
The ABCD registration desk will be located in the venue foyer throughout the event. Please ask your personnel to come and register at the desk on arrival and they will receive their badge and be directed to the allocated exhibition space. We request that badges are worn throughout the meeting. The conference organising team will be based at this desk throughout the event should you have any queries.
Meeting rooms
The following meeting rooms will be used during the event;
Rooms 15 & 16 - Catering and exhibition
Roy Snelling Theatre - Plenary lecture room
Stand dimensions
We would request that your stand is no larger than 2 metres wide by 2 metres deep. We cannot accommodate larger stands. Stands may be freestanding or table-top. There is no shell scheme.
Stand set up
Access to the Bob Champion Building will be from 8am. Registration is from 09.30, we would please ask that your stand is set up by this time.
Unloading
If you will be bringing materials with you, please drop off outside the Bob Champion Building and take immediately to Room 15 or 16 depending on your allocation.
Stand breakdown
The final break finishes at 3pm, you are welcome to break down your stand following this break. All materials must be removed following the meeting, there is no storage available at the venue to have items courier collected beyond Friday 29th November.

Catering
All refreshments & lunch will be served in the exhibition rooms.
We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified before the day but regret that it may not be possible to provide a special diet if we have not been notified in advance.
Wi-Fi
Please note, Wi-Fi at the venue is not accessible without an NHS email address.
