Attending personnel
The number of attending personnel is dependant on your sponsorship level:

Platinum/ Gold Sponsors maximum 4 people per day

Silver Sponsors maximum 2 people per day

Bronze Sponsors maximum 1 person per day
If you have not already done so, please confirm the name, email address, dietary requirements and days of attendance for your attending personnel. We require these details by Friday 16th January 2026.
Please note that only pre-registered people may attend. We will not admit anyone who turns up on the day who has not been pre-registered.
Event sessions
Attending personnel are welcome to join the lectures during the conference, we would ask that delegates are allowed to take their seats at the tables to facilitate note taking, additional seating will be provided around the room for sponsors who wish to join. The workshops will be for delegate access only due to capacity constraints in the rooms.
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place at the Holiday Inn Telford on Wednesday 28th January, and your personnel are welcome to register to attend. There is an additional charge of £50 + VAT per person for dinner and this must be booked in advance. Please note dinner spaces are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.
Please let me know as soon as possible if any of your attendees would like to come to the dinner. The deadline date to book is Wednesday 14th January 2026. Unfortunately after this date, the hotel may be unable to accommodate further numbers.
We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified before the day but regret that it may not be possible to provide a special diet if we have not been notified in advance.

ABCD Registration desk
The ABCD registration desk will be located outside the meeting rooms at the Conference Centre throughout the meeting. Please ask your personnel to come and register at the desk on arrival and they will receive their badge and be directed to the allocated exhibition space. We request that badges are worn throughout the meeting. The conference organising team will be based at this desk throughout the event should you have any queries.
Conference web pages
All delegate materials for these meetings will be available on the dedicated conference web pages, which can be viewed via your phone or tablet. All attending personnel will be emailed an invitation to download the pages prior to the meeting.
Meeting rooms
All meeting rooms are located on the first floor of the conference centre as follows;

Please note the venue is fully accessible, with stair and lift access to all meeting rooms.
Exhibition Room
Exhibition stands will be set up in Ironbridge 2 which will be used for the tea and coffee breaks & lunch also. This area is on the first floor of the conference centre.
Delegates will have access to the exhibition room at the following times, please note catering will only be available during these times also, there will be no arrival refreshments on days 2 & 3.
Day 1 - 28th Jan - 10:00 - 15:30 (arrival refreshments, lunch and mid-afternoon break)
Day 2 - 29th Jan - 10:25 - 15:45 (mid- morning, lunch & mid-afternoon breaks)
Day 3 - 30th Jan - 10:30 - 13:15 (mid-morning & lunch breaks)
Stand dimensions & provisions
We would request that your stand is no larger than the size stipulated.
Platinum & Gold sponsors 3m wide x 2m deep
Silver sponsors 2m wide x 2m deep
Bronze sponsors 2m wide x 2m deep
We cannot accommodate larger stands. Stands may be freestanding or table-top. There is no shell scheme.
Items included in the stand package are as follows; 6ft trestle table & black cloth, 2 chairs and access to power to facilitate laptops, phone chargers, lights up to 500w. If you require additional power for your stand, this must be booked in advance and is chargeable at the following cost prices;

Stand set up
Set up times are as follows:
- 28th January 2026 – 07.00 – 10.00 am
Please note that we do not have access to the meeting rooms the day prior to the event, the 27th January, and so cannot provide access for set up prior to the morning of the 28th January.
Unloading
Small packages can be brought through the main entrance to the Conference Centre. If large items need to be unloaded please unload using the service lift at delivery point A which the on site security team will direct you to on arrival.
Stand breakdown
Break down of stands may commence after the lunch on Friday 30th January at 14:00. No stands may be removed before this time. All stands must be removed by 18.00 hours on 30th January. Please note, if stands are being broken down between 14:00 - 16:00, we ask that no power tools are used during these times which may be heard in the meeting sessions in adjoining rooms.
Sending stand materials
All materials that need to be sent in advance to the Telford International Centre must be delivered on either the 27th or 28th January 2026 between 9:00 – 17:00 pm. The venue is unable to accept deliveries outside of the dates and times.

It is imperative that all boxes/packages are labelled very with clearly with your / your company details, a contact name and mobile number, the name of the conference and date of the conference. Please utilise the delivery and collection labels provided by the venue.
Car parking
Ample free car parking is available on site at Telford International Centre. Please ensure any cars parked at the conference centre attach a vehicle parking pass.
Daytime catering
All refreshments & lunch will be served in Ironbridge 2 each day.
