Free online registration is available for doctors and allied healthcare professionals only. A deposit will be payable for all delegates which will be refunded after the event, provided that you attend the sessions on both days.

- The drinks reception and dinner on 11th January are optional and are available at a cost of £50 per person to include drinks.
- Places at dinner are limited to 120 people and are available on a first come first served basis, partners are welcome to attend.
- Refunds for dinner places will only be made if you cancel on or before Wednesday 8th December 2021 and will incur a £10 administration charge.
- Refunds of deposits will only be made if you cancel on or before Wednesday 8th December 2021 and will incur a £10 administration charge.
- No refunds will be made after 8th December 2021.
