Insulin Anniversary Meeting Registration Fees

Free online registration is available for doctors and allied healthcare professionals only. A deposit will be payable for all delegates which will be refunded after the event, provided that you attend the sessions on both days.

 Doctors £60 deposit
 Allied healthcare professionals (eg. nurses, dietitians etc) £40 deposit
 Dinner £50 per person

 

  • The drinks reception and dinner on 11th January are optional and are available at a cost of £50 per person to include drinks.
  • Places at dinner are limited to 120 people and are available on a first come first served basis, partners are welcome to attend.
  • Refunds for dinner places will only be made if you cancel on or before Wednesday 8th December 2021 and will incur a £10 administration charge.
  • Refunds of deposits will only be made if you cancel on or before Wednesday 8th December 2021 and will incur a £10 administration charge.
  • No refunds will be made after 8th December 2021.

Registration for this meeting is open until midday on Wednesday 5th January 2022
