Lucy Harding
Lucy Harding draws on over 20 years of experience teaching and leading across diverse education settings. She has led postgraduate programmes in initial teacher education and large departments in prison education. She holds a PhD exploring leading and teaching in complex spaces, which informs her practice. In her current role as a Senior Educationalist working with physicians in the NHS, she supports new consultants to develop communication skills, confidence and emotional intelligence to become effective and compassionate leaders.
