EXTOD hospitality & registration desk
The EXTOD registration and hospitality desk will be open in the University Suite foyer from 08.00 on 9th November. Upon registration, you will receive your conference badge. We request that you please wear your badge throughout the meeting. The conference organising team will be based at this desk throughout the conference should you have any queries.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and you will need to arrange your own accommodation should you require it.
Accreditation
Accreditation for this meeting has been sought from the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for CPD credits for full attendance. Certificates of attendance will be available for download after the event.
Cancellation & refunds
In the event of cancellation, delegate fees are only refundable until 12th October 2023. After this date no refunds will be issued. All refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee.
Catering
Your delegate fee includes tea and coffee at designated breaks and a buffet lunch. We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified to us beforehand.
Conference Dinner
The Conference dinner will begin with a drinks reception to be held in the University Suite on Thursday 9th November at 1915 hours. Places must be booked and paid for in advance, the dinner is not included in the registration fee. If you wish to join the dinner, please contact info@extod.events .
Please ensure to bring your conference badge with you to the drinks reception/ dinner.

Meeting rooms
The meeting will be held in the University Suite which is located on the ground floor of the Leonardo Royal Hotel, Oxford. Workshop rooms are situated on the first floor of the hotel. There are stairs and lifts available.

Please note, there will be an early morning session held at 8am on Friday 10th November in the main meeting room, the university Suite, we encourage you to join the discussion on Patients’ experience of exercise. Learn the results of the JDRF patient exercise survey. refreshments will be available from 7.45am if you wish to join.
Safety & security
Please do not leave bags or equipment unattended and please wear your badge at all times. EXTOD/ ABCD cannot be held responsible for personal belongings or effects.
Whilst it is not compulsory to wear a mask during the event, you may wish to do so while moving about the building in particular. There will be hand sanitiser stations available for your use on site as well as hand washing facilities. We do politely request that you do not attend if you are displaying any covid symptoms or have had a recent positive test result.
