DTN-UK Meeting - Information

ABCD hospitality & registration desk

The ABCD registration and hospitality desk will be located outside the Bristol Suite from 08.00 - 19.30 hours on 4th September and from 08.00 - 17.00 hours on 5th September.

Upon registration, you will receive your conference badge. We request that you please wear your badge throughout the meeting. The conference organising team will be based at this desk throughout the conference should you have any queries.

Accommodation

You will need to make your own accommodation booking should you require it. There is a large variety of accommodation in Bristol offering a range of prices and styles.  

Accreditation

Accreditation for this meeting has been sought by the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for 6 category 1 (external) CPD credits for full attendance.  Certificates of attendance will be available to download from your dashboard after the event. 

Cancellation & refunds

In the event of cancellation, delegate fees are only refundable until 7th August 2024. After this date no refunds will be issued. All refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee.

Catering

Your delegate fee includes tea and coffee at designated breaks and a buffet lunch. We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified to us beforehand.

Conference Dinner

Please note, the conference dinner being held on the evening of the 4th September is not included in the meeting registration fee.  There are limited places available for the dinner, you can book your place here.

Registration

Please register for the conference in advance on line and pay by debit or credit card via PayPal. We will not accept registrations on the day unless there is space, which cannot be guaranteed,

Safety & security

Please do not leave bags or equipment unattended and please wear your badge at all times. ABCD cannot be held responsible for personal belongings or effects.

The conference has been instigated and organised by ABCD. Sponsors have contributed funding towards this event in return for exhibition space. They have had no input into the agenda or the selection of speakers with the exception of any sponsored symposia which are clearly indicated.
