ABCD & EASE Regional Meeting 2026 - Attendee Information

On site registration

On arrival at the venue please register at the desk in the Bob Champion Research & Education building entrance.

Abstracts

We would like to invite abstracts of not more than 300 words. We welcome abstracts from all members of the MDT, including students, and abstracts should be related to care of patients with diabetes or endocrinological illness. Authors of the top four scoring abstracts will be invited to present at the meeting.

Please submit your abstracts no later than midday on Friday 20th November 2026.

Accommodation

You will need to make your own accommodation booking should you require it. There are a number of hotels in Norwich offering a range of prices and styles.

Accreditation

Accreditation for CPD credits has been applied for. Certificates of attendance will be available after the event. 

Meeting registration

Registration for this event will open on at 9am Tuesday 24th March and will close on Thursday 18th November 2026 at midday.  Places are available on a first come, first served basis.   

If you had previously registered for the postponed June 2026 event, your registration will be carried forward, there is no requirement to re-book.  If you have any queries about your registration status, please contact us at info@abcd.care 

Catering

Refreshments include tea and coffee at designated breaks and a sandwich lunch. We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified to us beforehand.

Meeting Rooms

The meeting sessions will take place in the Roy Snelling Lecture Theatre and the exhibition and catering will be located in Rooms 15 and 16. All rooms are located within the Bob Champion Research & Education Building.

Safety & security

Please do not leave bags or equipment unattended and please wear your badge at all times. ABCD/EASE cannot be held responsible for personal belongings or effects.

Sponsors

The conference has been instigated and organised by ABCD. Sponsors, including pharmaceutical companies, have contributed funding towards this event in return for exhibition space. They have had no input into the agenda or the selection of speakers with the exception of any sponsored symposia which are clearly indicated.

Cancellation

We are delighted to be able to offer this meeting free of charge to all delegates. 

Please note; if you register for this course and fail to attend without adequate notice, you may be unable to attend other ABCD events for the next 12 months.
