ABCD hospitality & registration desk
The ABCD registration and hospitality desk will be located inside the Park Suite from 08.00 - 19.30 hours on 4th November and from 08.00 - 17.00 hours on 5th November.
Upon registration, you will receive your conference badge. We request that you please wear your badge throughout the meeting. The conference organising team will be based at this desk throughout the conference should you have any queries.
Accommodation
You will need to make your own accommodation booking should you require it. There is a variety of accommodation available in Solihull offering a range of prices and styles.
Accreditation
Accreditation for this meeting will be sought by the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for 6 category 1 (external) CPD credits for full attendance. Certificates of attendance will be available to download from your dashboard after the event.
Cancellation & refunds
In the event of cancellation, delegate fees are only refundable until 6th October 2026. After this date no refunds will be issued. All refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee.
Catering
Your delegate fee includes tea and coffee at designated breaks and a buffet lunch. We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified to us beforehand.
Conference Dinner
Please note, the conference dinner is not included in the meeting registration fee. There are limited places available for the dinner, please book this when registering for the event.

Registration
Please register for the Conference in advance online and pay by debit or credit card via Stripe. We will not accept registrations on site unless we have space and this cannot be guaranteed.
Safety & security
Please do not leave bags or equipment unattended and please wear your badge at all times. ABCD cannot be held responsible for personal belongings or effects.
