ABCD hospitality & registration desk
The ABCD registration and hospitality desk will be open outside the Lancaster Suite from 08.00 on 12th February. Upon registration, you will receive your conference pack and badge. We request that you please wear your badge throughout the meeting. The conference organising team will be based at this desk throughout the conference should you have any queries.
Accommodation
You will need to arrange your own accommodation should you require it. The venue itself has 241 bedrooms and there are a number of other hotels in the local area and on the nearby NEC site.
Accreditation
Accreditation for this meeting will be sought from the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for category 1 (external) CPD credits for full attendance. Certificates of attendance will be available for download after the event.
Cancellation & refunds
In the event of cancellation, delegate fees are only refundable until 14th January 2024. After this date no refunds will be issued. All refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee.
Catering
Your delegate fee includes tea and coffee at designated breaks and a buffet lunch. We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified to us beforehand.
