Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Your course fee includes all teaching for three days, refreshments and lunch each day
  • Accommodation, dinners on day 1 & 2, hotel room extras and travel are not included and are at your own expense. 
  • Refunds of payments will only be made if we are able to fill your place with another delegate and will incur a £10 administration charge.
  • No refunds will be made after 31st December 2025.

This registration form is for the use of doctors only. Regretfully we cannot accept registrations from anyone who is not a doctor.
