Rob Gregory (Ex-Officio Chairman, 2015-2017)
Current Position: Consultant at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust
Rob's sub-specialty interests are diabetes and pregnancy, and management of patients with diabetes and chronic kidney disease. He is also the diabetologist on the Leicester Pancreatic Surgical team that is internationally-renowned for total pancreatectomy and islet autotransplantation. He has collaborated with Professor Joan Taylor of De Montfort University on the development of an implantable artificial pancreas.
