For each workshop you will be allocated approximately 30 delegates who will rotate around the three/ four workshop rooms during each session.
You will be allocated a workshop room which will be set in theatre style. We will provide details of your allocated room when you arrive on site. There will be a screen, projector and HDMI cables available in each room. Please provide your own laptop if you will be presenting slides.
Workshop session 1 - Smart pens/ CGM, 10:30 - 11:30
(Abbott, Medtronic, Dexcom)
You will have 15 minutes with each delegate group before they rotate to the next workshop. Please stick to these timings to avoid delays.
This session is designed to provide an overview to the delegates, no onboarding required.
10:30 - 10:45 - Group 1
10:50 - 11:05 - Group 2
11:10 - 11:25 - Group 3
Workshop session 2 - HCL Systems, 13:30 - 14:45
(Medtronic, Air Liquide/Tandem, Ypsomed)
For this session you will have 20 minutes with each delegate group before they rotate to the next workshop.
Please stick to the timings to avoid delays.
This session is designed for you to provide an update/ overview to delegates including connectivity plans. No onboarding required.
