Health inequalities: Full stop

The 25th SAHF Annual Conference is taking place on the 7th and 8th November at Edgbaston Conference Centre in Birmingham.

This year marks a significant milestone as the South Asian Health Foundation (SAHF) celebrate their 25th anniversary, the theme for this landmark event is ‘Health Inequalities: Full Stop’. 

The conference will focus on Health Inequalities research, featuring summaries of current clinical trials relevant to South Asian diabetic populations, alongside discussions on emerging topics like ‘Tackling health inequalities is everyone’s business’ by Professor Bola Owolabi, Director – National Health Inequalities Improvement Programme, 'Risk factor management to reduce cardiovascular risk in South Asians' by Professor Salim Yusuf, University Professor of Medicine, McMaster University, ‘NHS England Priorities to reduce health inequalities’, by Dr Clare Hambling and many other talks.
