Autumn Meeting 2019 Information

ABCD Hospitality and Registration Desk

The ABCD registration and hospitality desk will be located in the foyer outside the Cambridge Suite (ground floor) throughout the meeting. Upon registration, you will receive your conference pack and badge. We request that you please wear your badge throughout the meeting. The conference organising team will be based at these desks throughout the conference should you have any queries.

You will need to make your own accommodation booking should you require it. There are many hotels in London offering a range of prices and styles.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Regents Park and these are available for delegates to book. Rooms are available for the night of 28th November at £186 per night including breakfast and VAT. You can book a bedroom  online, by telephone or by email quoting the block code SJK. The Reservation office contact details are as follows:, telephone +44 (0) 871 942 9111. Please note these rooms are available on a first come first served basis. The allocation of rooms will be held until 26th October after which any unsold rooms will be released.

Accreditation for this meeting has been sought from the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for 6 category 1 (external) CPD credits for full attendance. Registers will be available to sign at the end of the meeting and certificates of attendance will be emailed after the event. Please note that if you do not sign the register we are not able to give you a certificate of attendance.

Cancellation and refunds

In the event of cancellation, delegate fees are only refundable until 24th October 2019. After this date no refunds will be issued. All refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee.

Your delegate fee includes tea and coffee at designated breaks and a buffet lunch. We will endeavour to cater for any dietary requirements that have been specified to us beforehand.

Conference App

ABCD meetings are all run on a paperless basis and delegate information on the day will be provided via a dedicated conference app. The invitation to download and log on to the app will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the event so you will be able to keep up to date with any changes or notices directly from your phone or tablet.
