ABCD CDP Course 2018 Information

Please note that you are expected to attend all sessions on each day of the programme and we cannot accept requests to attend part of the course only. 

Cost

The cost of attending the course is £375 per person, to include accommodation for 4 nights, lunch and dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on days 2, 3 & 4 and breakfast & lunch on day 5. Drinks are not included. You will need to pay for your own travel expenses and room extras at the hotel.

Dinner and accomocation

These will be provided on the nights of 26th, 27th, 28th & 29th November. If you live locally and do not need dinner and/or accommodation please let me know as soon as possible.  Please note there will be some guest speaker sessions after dinner that you should attend as part of the programme even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Location

The St Johns Hotel is located in central Solihull, within walking distance of Solihull Rail station. Junction 5 of the M42 is 5 minutes drive and there is plentiful free parking available on site. Birmingham International Airport is located 4 miles away. Please see the hotel website for further information and directions.  

Hotel check in & out

Your room will be ready for check in from 14.00 on 26th November. Check out time is 11.00 on 30th November – an additional charge may be incurred if you do not check out before this time. Please note that the concierge will be able to store your luggage once you have checked out of your room.

Bedroom amenities and hotel services

The hotel has 180 guest rooms and suites. Rooms have individual climate control, en suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, free wifi, iron and ironing board,hair dryer & satellite TV. Hotel services include a restaurant, bar, Health Club featuring an indoor heated swimming pool & gym,  wireless internet access and a business centre.

Meals

Lunch and dinner will be provided on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on days 2, 3 & 4 and breakfast on day 5. If you have specified a dietary requirement then this will be catered for. Please note that drinks with meals (apart from water) are at your own expense.

Please come to the Gloucester Suite foyer to register between 09.30 and 10.00 on Monday 26th November. 

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your place at this meeting, please note that fees paid can only be refunded if we are able to fill your place with another delegate, otherwise no refunds can be given. All refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee.
